The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom
shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?
Psalms 27:1
Fear is one of the biggest tricks of the devil.
He knows that if he keeps us fearing about what
will, and what will not happen, we wont keep our
minds on the very one who can calm our storms.
In this passage of Scripture the Lord tells us that
He is not only our strength, but He is our light.
He is able to show us the way,
when we can't see our way.
The only one that we should fear is the Lord.
Not a oh my God the Lord is going to get me
type of fear, but we should fear Him out of respect.
The Scripture tells us that He is our Light,
making it possible for us to see our
way out of any situation.
There is not one person or one problem
that is to big for our God to handle.
Prayer:
Thank you Lord for being
our light and our strength.
When the enemy trys to make us fear,
Please give us the the strength to resist his lies.
Help us to look to You for all things.
For you alone are faithful.
